It had to be Nick again. All the Wildcats played great tonight...but Nick was an all around beast.

Picked NJ, but AG gets points because he only played 24 minutes yet puts up some serious stats. Loved his energy....don't think the scouts and GMs in attendance were disappointed.

NJ: When asked who stood out in his post game presser Miller said Bunnies

Zeus should have a birthday more often.

Clearly NIck with 22 points, 7 rebounds, 5 assists, 1 steal, 1 huge block on Cobbs!

Honorable mention: TJ, Zeus, and Rondae's "double-double".

Special note: TJ, Gabe, and NIck combine for 16 assists with 1 turnover!

Nick's stat line demands attention. He did a great job tonight all the way around. Voted for Zeus here though. We hit a slump and needed some tough buckets and Zeus did that. Other than the first possession of the game, he played offense like he always should have. Pivots galore from him and some nice baseline faceups. Cali was just too small and he actually played them like it.

Zeus. I thought it might have been his best all around game as a Cat. He neutralized Cal's bigs

Honorable Mention: Mike Montgomery. After the game in Cal he described the " blue print" for beating Arizona: paraphrasing here- " pressure NJ and force the ball to AZ 3 and 4; they don't shoot we'll from the perimeter - then clog up the post".

We had an incredible view of Monty's tirades from section 15 row 5. Don't know what we enjoyed more the game or watching him

Zeus. He seemed like he could score anytime on Kravish or Solomon and he could have put up more points if we ran it through him more often. But it was clear early that we wanted to establish an inside presence (birthday present maybe?) and he delivered.

I had to vote for Zues on this one.
EXTREMELY efficient from the floor and he took his time in regards to setting himself up for making his moves.
The tipping point came when hit those two jumpers and both were nothing but net.

With the progression he has shown since Ashley went down as well as his ability to take (and make) that 6-10 foot jumper on the baseline is something that I was thrilled to see!
If Zeus continues to do this heading into the tourney I think we actually lose two bigs to the NBA including Gordon minus Ashley.

NJ. TJ, birthday MAN, and double-double RHJ deserve kudos, but who am I to disagree with Sean Miller.

Pitts is also fitting in nicely with the new uptempo pace.

Zeus was a man possessed last night. Obvious choice in my opinion. His footwork and patience were things of beauty last night and knowing his work ethic, they are only going to get better. Hoping Jordin Mayes will be our next game MVP!!! Needs to end his career on a high note!!!

Nick had a monster game but I'm goin with Zeus on this one...his progress gets better every game his footwork is improving and his mid-range jumper is coming along very nicely and his defense and boxing out is phenomenal. ..but the whole team played great overall.

Best part about the OP question? It's hard to decide because so many guys played WELL. It'd be one thing if it was difficult to choose after everyone played poorly. But thinking about the number of guys who played well last night is just flat out awesome.
