Default Brandon Ashley Officially Out For the Season

“Last night, early in our Cal game, Brandon Ashley suffered a foot injury that will end his season. While we’re all disappointed, we are also aware that Brandon needs our support and positive energy surrounding him. Someone once told me, the hottest heat forges the strongest steel. This adversity will ultimately make Brandon and our team stronger moving forward.” - Sean Miller

Nothing says it better than that quote by Coach Miller! Such a tremendous coach and above all else, a class act!

I thought we were unbeatable when Ashley was playing well. He embraces being a power forward and has all the tools.

Will his injury ensure he returns to UofA next season?

Unfortunately, this fracture is one of the hardest and longest to heal. I would hope they are having him see only the best Orthopedists in Tucson, and they will be aggressive in utilizing all methods to assist healing. Here's praying for a speedy return to health for him.
