I cited a couple of write ups on the latest news regarding DirecTV and the PAC 12 network. Seems that most of us are absolutely screwed! I've already missed too many football games, IMO, and now a large part of the basketball season is in serious jeopardy for us to view. Still can't believe that this deal hasn't gotten done yet; further more, Larry Scott making appearences at half time at football games? Sounds like even he knows how that this deal has a slim to none chance. Not sure who dropped the ball on this but I for one am furious and now seriously contemplating switching over to a different network.
Also, Scott mentioned that the network will be available on the iPhone?. Can someone shed a little more light on this as far as what this entails?
Pac-12 Commissioner Larry Scott sees no reason for optimism getting network on DirecTV - The Washington Post

It was a good-news, bad-news news conference when Pac-12 Commissioner Larry Scott met the media at halftime of Thursday night's Oregon-Arizona State game at Sun Devil Stadium.
Scott said no progress has been made in the conference's negotiations with DirecTV to carry the Pac-12 Networks.
"It's very frustrating for us and disappointing for our fans, especially because we've got coming up in the next two weeks our four Top 25 teams on the network," he said.
No. 10 USC's game with Colorado will be carried by the Pac-12 Networks on Saturday, and games involving the conference's other ranked teams -- Oregon, Oregon State and Stanford -- are scheduled to be on the Pac-12 Networks the next weekend.
Scott did announce that the networks are now available to customers on their iPhone and iPod Touch devices through the Pac-12 Now fan experience. They will be available on Android devices in several weeks.
